Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. The machine operator will be responsible for the daily functions of our automated machine, with attention to detail, throughout the processing stations.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate intermediate knowledge and skills relevant to operating automated production equipment.
- Recognize and troubleshoot typical equipment or systems issues, to reduce stoppage time.
- Must be willing to learn multiple operations and work in different areas as needed.
- Complete scheduled weekly PM checks as needed.
- Must be capable of walking and/or standing for the entire shift.
- Ability to interpret and run the production schedule.
Skills:
- Understand schematics and drawings.
- Mechanically inclined with tools and moving parts.
- Common knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics.
- Verbal, Written and Mathematical skills.
- Communicate professionally using email and apps.
